What are Asian sizes? How do I know my product will fit me?
Since our products are authentic, we have them imported from Japan and China. In those countries, their sizes are a little bit smaller than American ones. We have included a size chart on every single product page of ours to help you order the right size!
Can I change the color or size of my order once it has been placed? How long do I have before I can change my order?
If your item has yet to be shipped/it is not yet passed our 24 hour cancellation/change policy, we will most definitely try our best to change your color or size. If the item has already been shipped or is in post-processing, we will not be able to change the size or color of your item that you have ordered.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping can take up to 20-28 business days due to our recent high volume of orders. Here at animelife, we care about every single product made and order placed. To make sure every product is manufactured correctly, and every order is processed and shipped without error, we do our best not to rush the process. We are working on expanding our company and reducing shipping times to keep our customers happy!

Yes! We proudly offer free shipping worldwide! However, shipping worldwide does take longer due to customs and longer distance travelled. Times vary for shipping depending on country!
I received one of my products, but not all of them.
Your product may have been shipped in a different shipping batch or from different warehouses. This happens a lot if your order consisted of one of the more popular products. Don't worry, everything that you have ordered will be sent to you.
